About the Event
The blessing is a tradition that began many centuries ago honoring the horses, hounds, coyote, people and land that provides our sport. Opening Hunt is the official start of our season and is the most formal day requiring horses manes be braided and their winter coats be clipped (if necessary). Always an exciting day. A catered lunch to follow, tickets required.
